Chroma Secure (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Chroma Secure VPN mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. No-Logs VPN Policy

Chroma Secure operates a strict No-Logs Policy. We do NOT collect or store:

• Your browsing history
• Your DNS queries
• Websites you visit
• Your real IP address
• Traffic content or activity
• Duration of VPN sessions
• Connection timestamps

We do not monitor, track, or store any identifiable VPN activity.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 App & Device Information (Non-personal)

• Device model
• Operating system version
• App version

This data is non-identifiable and cannot be linked back to you.

2.2 Authentication Token

We generate an internal token only to allow users to connect to the VPN servers. This token does not contain personal information.

2.3 Subscription Status (Google Play Billing)

If you purchase a premium subscription, Google Play provides us a purchase token. This token only verifies your premium status. We do NOT receive any payment details.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT request or store:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Location
• Address
• Payment details
• Government IDs

4. VPN Operation

Chroma Secure VPN uses industry-standard WireGuard encryption to protect your online activity. Your traffic is encrypted and routed securely. Nothing about your session is stored after disconnection.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing – for purchases and subscription status
• Google Play Services – for app stability and crash analytics

These services follow their own privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
